I am at such a loss and i have noooo idea what to get the bridesmaids!! Found a really pretty flower but i just dont think its enough. What do you think?? HELP!!!
My gift to the brides maids is their jewelry plus I am doing a little bag of goodies for them - compact mirror, ballet slippers for the reception, snowflake ornaments bc I am getting married in Dec and snowflakes have been incorporated into my theme and a few other things I am still deciding on.

Re: Bridesmaid Gift
I'm doing my girls' jewelry as well. I've been getting pearls every year when I go on vacation to Florida so I'm using those pearls to make their earrings. Little bags for them to carry with stuff in it would be cute.

Re: Bridesmaid Gift
Since I got married over the summer, I put together a bag of beach items for them. I didn't want to do day of jewelery because each girl wore a different dress so it was hard to match.

I'm going to buy the day of jewelry and buy bags that say bridesmaid and flip flops maybe with their names on them for the reception. I saw them and though it was cute. I'll probably get a personalized shirt either saying bridesmaid or my fh name?

Re: Bridesmaid Gift
I got my BM's personalized tote bags, DOJ, personalized hangers, shoe heel covers, Half of their make-up, and Bed bath & Beyond lotion/body gel (used Gift cards I got from my credit card rewards). HTH
They are 19.80 each. They have rhinestone accent. They are only available in white and black but you can do the writing of there names in different colors. Maybe the color of their dresses? I think I might of saw them cheapier some where else. I will have to check it out. But I think its a cute idea, no?

I'm in the same boat as you, although everyone leads me to believe I have to get them the practical DOJ. I may just get a nice necklace so that they all match, and one of those bridesmaids shirts you see on wedding sites and craft stores. I think it's the thought that counts more than anything else.

I, too, got my BM's personalized flip flops for the pictures that we are doing at the Vanderbilt Mansion in Centerport. The courtyard is cobblestone and I don't want anyone breaking their heads
This is the sight that I used for the flip flops: http://imallshoppe.com/Personalized-White-Flip-flops-P2281831.aspx

Re: Bridesmaid Gift
My girls love their massages, and I only have 2 so I am getting each a Spa gift card, and I got them personalized robes to go along with it. I am trying to find a cute tote now to put them in.

Try www.personalizationmall.com. I've purchased things from them before and they are fantastic. Maybe a frame with their name on it with a nice pic inside? I agree that their wedding day jewelry is a great gift. I've been in MANY weddings and have always gotten that as a gift and it's been great.
