Bridesmaid Gifts

we got the groomsmen their gift - we got them the FLIP Ultra (is a mini video recorder thing, kind of like a digital camera but for taking video).....

now i have to figure out what to get the ladies!

i was thinking maybe something from tiffanys? but im not crazy about any of the jewelry i can afford - im looking to spend $100-$150 b/c i also want to help pay for hair/make up and im planning on getting them pashmina's and slippers, so really something at around $125 would be good....

any other suggestions?

i was thinking maybe something from coach?

anything else cute and trendy you can think of?

Coach has nice keychains. You could get them each one with the first letter of their name? Could be cute!

Swarovski has some nice necklaces for bridesmaids.

do they all have ipods? a shuffle would be a cute gift. or gift cards to vs or sephora tucked into a coach wristlet (hey i would LOVE that!)

i had this same issue! i wanted so bad to give really nice gifts they would use after the wedding but when it came down to it i couldnt figure out anything in my price range. lol

but pashimas are DEFINITELY a good idea! i went out 2 days before my wedding and bought each girl one from H&M ($9.90 each) and they were SO HAPPY to have something to keep them warm.

How about a Tiffany's Gift certificate? They package them in the lovely blue box

I got my girls Dooney and Bourke Wristlets, I had a woman at Tri-County Mall make all of them Fresh water pearl necklaces. Which between the both gifts came out to $110 dollars. But then last minute, I want everyone up dancing so I decided to get them champagne slippers that match the dress perfectly (From Estelles) $25 each. Not to bad. For the guys we got them Authentic Yankee Jerseys with there last names embroided (spelled wrong) on the back of them.

We got them Coach wristlets - and if you can get to the outlet they are really affordable. Also gave them earrings...and I can't remember what else!

I got them these, and I'm paying for 2 of their hair. My moh i got the same wristlet, but her necklace is from tiffany and a little different.

are you near the Coach outlet? you can usually find something pretty substantial -- like a purse, rather than wristlet -- for that price and it's set up like a store so they would probably have enough for you to get everyone the same thing if that's what you wanted. they also have the accessories for much cheaper (think $12 for a keychain instead of $38)

tiffany pendants are nice too, maybe the elsa p ones with their first initial?

im not that close to the outlets but it might be worth checking out....where is it in LI?

i loved the initial necklaces but i think the price went up....i remember them being less expensive - they are on the website for 165 for the small and 195 for the medium - for some reason i could swear i saw them for closer to 100

There are new ones coming but I don't think they are open yet -- the only ones I know of are in Riverhead. I wanted to go out there and get purses for my girls but never had a chance --- it's also pretty far from me. Tiffany's prices have gone way up. It's pretty ridiculous actually because there are near-identical pieces out there (generally, not just the initial necklaces) for a fraction of the price if you like the style and aren't just looking to give 'something from Tiffany's'

Did you see the Round Tag Key Rings from Tiffany? They're SO cute and you can get them engraved! I think they're like $90.

Haha. I know the feeling. I have 6 BM and I feel like I'm spending a small fortune on them. I can't post a pic, but, I have the 1/4' Nail Head Bangle from Coach in Silver. It doesn't look so hot on the website but, it's really nice and very versatile. I wear mine almost everyday. It might be something to check out if you're interested.

Take a trip out to the outlets and head to Coach. I hear they are having great sales this weekend. After that, go to a farm and pick a pumpkin! That's what DH and I are doing this weekend!

i had originally bought those for my girls but the bangle was a little big on me and 2 of my bridesmaids are like a size 2 and very petite so i was afraid it would be falling off of them..
