I was thinking of having a Bridesmaid Luncheon in my house. I wanted a way to have the girls in my wedding party get to know each other more, and have them feel like they are a big part of my special day. That's not corny is it? Have any of you ladies done anything similar?

My futue sister in law (and one of my BM) asked me if she could host a similar luncheon this fall. She only knows 2 girls in the bridal party so she wanted to get to know the rest. At first I was against it, but now I think its a good idea

I'm having a pool party/bbq just for the BM's on August 19th. I think it's a great way for them to get to know each other (most of them have met at least once) in a relaxed atmosphere.

i think its a great idea.
My MOH set up a dinner last year for all the girls and me so everyone could meet FSIL. Everyone else already knew each other.
In a few months I'm going to have a luncheon for my girls and we'll look at BM dresses.
