bridesmaid night..so nervous!

bridesmaid night..so nervous!

freaking out a little bit and FH doesnt get it or care, so just venting!

I'm having my bridesmaids over tonight! I asked them all individually already, but it's the first time we are all together now!

I got them each
1. black totes with their initial monogram in hot pink (those are my colors)
2. a cute and sassy bridesmaid handbook
3. shotglasses engraved to say 'Thank you for taking a 'shot' at being my Bridesmaid/Maid of Honor'
4. a sheet of contact information (email and phone #) of bridal girls, my fiance, my mom and FMIL --laminated and on pink paper bc im a dork
5. i wrote a personal note to each girl about what ur friendship means to me and why i love them (over a half of bottle of wine and LOTS of weeping)
6. I found a different bridemsiad poem to fit each girl. Im framing it and at the bottom , im including 'top 10 reasons to be my bridesmaid'

im decorating the house with black and pink decor, putting up the previous poems mentioned also, and serving appetizers, desserts, wine and mudslides.

I guess i'll just go over my wedding so far? Like timeline of the day...BM dress ideas...describe hall...
Sooo nervous! just wnat it all to be perfect and i Never want my girls to feel uncomfortable or feel like im being a bridezilla!

I think that's so nice!!!! Now I feel bad because I didn't even ask mine lol

My sisters (four of them) knew they would be my bridesmaids and my best friend and I have been talking about being each other's MOH our whole lives, so everyone just kinda knew!

FH hasn't asked my brothers yet. I was going to wait to do this, but my MoH is moving to the bahamas next week so I wanted to make sure everyone was there
I asked my brother's fiancé to be in mine and I'm in their wedding also. But my other brother's gf saw my fb post- a quote about bridesmaids and how I'm emotionally and physically preparing for tonight. She texted me asking about what tonight is. Whatever! Today's not the day for me to worry about that : )

That is so nice & thoughtful of you. I was gonna wait a little while to do something like that. But.. your so organized and it seems so sweet. Remember it's about you and your best friends.. good luck tonight-- let us know hot it goes!

We had such a great time!!! It was really nice. at first we just noshed on the appetizers and I gave the run down about wedding stuff- where I'm at, next steps, day of wedding plans... We discussed their dresses, they came up with some really fun ideas! One BM suggested a flash mob-which we all seem pumped about. Lol! My MoH gave out chocolates to the girls and she photographed the entire night (which I was so preoccupied I didn't get my camera out once). When I gave the gifts and they read their poems and cards everyone wept a little. I got messages from 4 of the girls after saying they reread everything at home and really got emotional. It was cute! Last night was a BM's bday too so we had a cake and sang for her. I think it was just an awesome way to start the wedding journey with the girls! I wanted them to know how much I appreciate and love them and to let them know if I ever get too bridezilla or if they are uncomfprtable with anything to be upfront with me asap!
