Claud...yes I do agree with you...that our country is too litigious...but I have come to accept it...

I feel that it really is part of pure capitalism...which I am usually in favor of...


edited to say...it is up to the citizens (ie jury) to determine what the appropriate compensation (if any) should be...after all they will see the facts and be instructed what the law is.

p.s. don't the ladies tell you as you are putting on a dress.... make sure to keep your shoes on - pins fall on the floors all the time??????
