Wow. That really is a broad array of people you have to make happy! Are you going with one dress for everyone? I feel like, with such a variety of people, it might be worth it to consider picking a color and length and letting them choose for themselves? Could save you a lot of hassle.

Omg what a nightmare. So sorry you're dealing with this. I would say the issue with the modest sister is her problem. She'll have to figure out how to modify the dress to meet her needs. A for the larger girl, just let her order on her own it's probably not worth the fight. The girl who's pregnant now amd won't be for the wedding, just have her order a size up from her street size before maybe? Maybe two sizes? A dress store rep would be able to help you with that. And the wanna be prego girls... Idk lol. I'd probably let them know it's not your problem that they're planning to be pregnant so they have to figure it out on their own.
Tough love time! You shouldn't have all this stress on you.

I have a total of 10 BM I feel your pain. I sent everyone a formal invitation 2 months ago with the date and time of their dress fitting. I went a month prior to the fitting with my MOH and picked out the dresses. Maybe it sounds selfish but I never included my BM in the picking of the dresses. Everyone has different opinions of how they see themselves dressed as a BM. If I try to please everyone I will literally drive myself crazy. Your girls need to realize they had their day and now it's your turn.

This is exactly why I'm not having bridesmaids. I didn't want to deal with the stress.

I give you a lot of credit!
If you are happy with the dress you picked for them, I agree with the other girls- the reps will be able to guide then with sizes and if they get someone who does great alterations, they can work their magic and make the dresses perfect.
Not sure if it would help, but I'm exploring websites for bridesmaid dresses since I haven't found anything great in shops yet. Weddingtonway.com has some dresses that will shop for free and you can return for free. So, if someone gets pregnant, doesn't lose the baby weight, lost too much baby weight...etc., they can get the right dress.

It will all work out! Thanks for listening ladies. The girls have been really helpful actually and after giving me their issues, they've done a good job about not complaining. Also, some of the girls are coaching my friend who is worried about her size that they have worn the dress (my MOH actually wore the same dress in her sister's wedding and we picked it just by accident!) and that it is very flattering. Everyone is being really great, it's just stressful dealing with a ton of other people. If this is the hardest thing, it really isn't so bad!
Oh, that's great! It least they're being good about it and not constantly complaining! If they all have the right attitude about it you should be fine - but I totally understand being stressed anyway. I have one BM who is heavier and even though she said she'd wear whatever I choose, I feel the pressure to make sure it's something she'll be comfortable in.

The ones who are pregnant now, that's not so bad, they should just estimate a weight gain and they should order bigger...I was pregnant in two weddings and that's what I did The ones who want to be is a tough call, my SIL wanted to be for a wedding and she wasn't so her dress was WAY bigger then it should be...

My wedding is in 2 weeks and my FSIL is due 4 days after my wedding. She ordered a large size (as Bridal Reflections told her to) and then they were going to modify it accordingly. She went last week and the dress barely fits over her. She spent an extra $150 just to have them order more fabric and fix it to make it fit her. For all we know she could pop this kid out tomorrow and then go down in weight and then the dress will be swimming on her. Make sure these pregnant girls know it will cost them A LOT more to make their dresses maternity style and then it still might not work out for them.
