Ok so I am in the military and one of my bridesmaids is also. I haven't heard from her in 2 months and wondering if she is still willing to be in my wedding. I have tried several times to contact her unsuccessfully. Should I drop her and replace her or just wait it out?
What branch r u in? what branch is she in? I think that maybe just give her a little more time, being in the military you know how stressful it can get sometimes, maybe she is aware of a possible deployment at the time of your wedding and doesn't know how to tell ou. maybe lots of things, FH is a Marine and I know that it is so hard on them, they can be scheduled for one thing and it changes in a second. so give her some more time.
I am in the Marine Corps and she is in the AF. I know she is not aware of deployments yet because she is changing duty stations next month. So he unit is not deploying anytime soon.
I will give her a little more time, but its just frustrating when you need to get info from all your girls and don't hear from half of them ya know
yea! I'm so glad there is a miltary bride here now, we can share stories. Right now, my FH is at Camp Lejeune in NC and its so hard, his deployment schedule keeps on changing and now we prolly can't have an e-party, I don't know its just so hard
You guys look so cute. I am getting out in July so I won't have to worry about deployment schedules or anything anymore. We didn't get to have an e-party either, and we were originally scheduled to get married last May but I got sent to Kuwait for 6 months for war!! Just kidding we weren't able to afford it at the time. That deployment helped us save a lot of money so we are now financially stable enough to have the wedding of MY dreams
lol, FH is a Marine, but I have always been patriotic, I wanted to join at one point but a bad car accident, and knee and hip kept me out. You are all wonderful!
