Re: bridesmaids
I wrote each bridesmaid a card and gave them a small frame with a picture of us. Most of the pictures were from childhood, so it was kind of fun too.
My friend got us each a bridesmaid tank top and card which was fun. We wore the tanks on the day of.

Re: bridesmaids
I made a scrapbook page for all of them. I put picture and quotes and on it wrote 'will you be my bridesmaid'?

Re: bridesmaids
I ordered custom scratch offs and attached them to their Christmas gifts. I also made mini scrapbooks for my Matron & Maid of Honors.

i didnt have to come up with anything special all my girls are my sisters and my nieces so they know how much i love them and how i feel

Re: bridesmaids
I only had a 5 month engagement so I could not wait until I got each girl together with everyone's schedules, so I did it individually with each girl. I gave them a little present which was a picture frame with a poem and a picture of us in it. At the end of the poem I wrote that 'Danny and I would be honored if you would be in our wedding party. Will you be our BM?' DH had the guys over to watch a fight one night and he asked them then.

Re: bridesmaids
I plan on getting them a gift bag, I saw on the knot, cute tote bags that i could get their intial or name on.
Inside the bag i would put a tank top with bridesmaid and maid of honor on it.
Also a card, asking them that i saw on the knot. and a cute book i saw also, describing about being a bridesmaid, and also i saw another book with 101 uses for a bridesmaid dress, all very cute and very funny.

Re: bridesmaids
I gave my BM's a Will You be my Bridesmaid Card... a picture frame that says 'Friends' or 'Sisters' depending on the friend or sister...and I gave them each one 'wedding' book... Fun chick lit books about weddings like 'Diary of a Mad Bride' and 'The Bachelorette Party' ....not etiquette books or anything like that! I had them all over for lunch at my house, gave them their gifts.. and now they're getting ready to swap their books with eachother...I thought it was a nice way to have them keep in touch with eachother!

Re: bridesmaids
I brought cards that said 'Will You be My Bridesmaid?' and put a poem on the inside and handed it to each of them.
I brought the cards from a seller on Ebay.

Re: bridesmaids
My bf made a photo album with old pictures and posted a poem throughout. It was very sweet.
I put together a little gift box with a thong, a candle, packet of tissues, a photo of me and the bm, and a card. I wrote each a personal poem. They all cried!!!!

You had a Maid and Matron of honor? I have been wondering whether or not I should do that. I already have a Maid of Honor. Do people have both?

Re: bridesmaids
I have it somwhere either in album or a post where I put pics. I had a heart shaped trinket box with their names on each of them engraved from things remembered and inside a parchment piece of paper with the question: ' Will you be my bridesmaid?' wrapped them in nice boxes and bows.
