I have already asked all my bridesmaids. I have one friend who I have been friends with for a long time who I am back and forth about asking after the fact. She is also dating FH best friend. (They met threw us.) Think I should ask if in a few months I stil def. think I want her. Or let it go if I am a little back and forth about it. I feel bad b/c when FH and our friends hang out its all my BM and his GM and her b/c shes the only girlfriend and she knows all my friends from before FH... grrr. I feel like a bad person!

since you still have a while before the wedding, i would wait. you don't want to ask her and then wish you hadn't. but you can always ask her as it gets closer if you would like her to stand up there with you.
i am having similar problems because between my family and my FSILs i only have two spots open and several friends who i would love to ask. things change over time and friendships evolve or dissipate so i am going to wait until i almost hit my year mark

I am dealing with the very same thing! There is a girl that has been in out group of friends since HS, but I was never close to her and still am not now. I almost feel obligated because she has just always been there, but I don't really want her to be in. I basically would only have her because I am the first to get married and feel like I can't not include her if my other friends plan on having her when they get married. Unfortunately, none of my friends can give me an answer whether they will have her or not. I'm in a very tough situation. I don't want to look back on my wedding day and regret having her there, but I also feel that she will be upset if I don't include her. I just don't know what to do! Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Wait it out. I am in the same situation. I was going to ask of of my friends, but she kind of fell of the face of the earth. I don't know what to do, I knwo she is going through a rough time, but she hasn't talked to any of us on about 3 months!
My friend gave me the greatest advice, if you are iff-y, just wait, she had 7 in hers and wished she only had about 3. 3 of them dont even talk to her anymore. she wished she would have waited to ask them.
You still have plenty of time. see how it pans out in the next few weeks/months

Same situation here. I'm just going to wait it out. Maybe she'll do something amazing that will make me want her, but other than that, it's probably a no.
