bridesmaids all over - what about shoes??

All of my bms do not live close by. I would like them all to get the shoes they want and dye them the same color. I don't know if anyplace will dye shoes if we didn't buy them there... or should I cut up the swatch that I have and give each of them a piece so they can take care of it themselves?

any ideas? Thanks

I would either give them a swatch and have them get it done on their own, OR have all of them send you their shoes so you can get them done at the same time at the same place.
