the bridal store doesnt have the girls dress that im using, but said they'll order it. stupid question, how are they going to order it if they dont have the girls' sizes yet? are they going to order just a sample first, then the girls get measured & then order their individual dresses? i would think the sample first, but i have no clue. any ideas how this works?? thanks!!

I would have the girls go somewhere else to try the sample on, and then if it works out well, order it from the salon you want to.

I agree with Christine .....you should DEF. see them on check them out some place else - if the 1 shop has a better price I would order them there but def. look at them

i actually already tried it on so i know how it looks on a body...but how can the dresses be ordered without them going for a fitting/sizing first? thats what i dont understand....

they just take there measurements and the order by the size chart just like with your wedding dress ....just cause they dont have the dress there doesnt mean that they dont have the book with that chart ya know

I had seen my BM at another store and then Andreienes ordered it for me
they had the girls come in and get measured- then picked the size based on the size chart

I did the same thing. The girls can either get measured on their own or at the bridal salon. The salon then picks their size based on the manufacturer's size chart. The only difference is the girls can't see the dress at the place. All my BM are from out of town (and state) they called in their sizes. It wasn't a problem at all.
For those that wanted to see the dress, I gave them a link to the designer with the dress number and they saw it at a local salon.
