Bridesmaids dresses

Bridesmaids dresses

I just got the new issue of Bride's magazine and I just noticed how many designers are putting out BM dresses this season that are:

1. Strapless
2. Tea-length
3. Pink
4. Not made of satin

I only bring this up because I had soooo much trouble finding a dress I liked for my girls when I was looking. I am especially ticked off to see that David's now has a very pretty pink color as one of the choices for the BM separates, which was the only thing that stopped me from picking a dress from there (they had no pink before). Boo!

'tis the nature of the beast we call fashion....colors change and coordinate with the season...Spring=easter-y pastel like colors

I'm happy about the tea-length & non-satin. I'm indifferent about pink, and un-happy about strapless!!
Strapless is all over the place!!!
I am also not a fan of the 2 peice dreses that are very popular, (I know nay of you oicked them, it just myt my taste)I think they are getting slighty less popular, but are still around.

Am I going to have trouble finding fall dress in the spring?

Most lines seem to have a range of colors, because they may relase them in one season, but they keep them out for a few seasons.

I'm not too crazy about the separates myself, but since I have 2 pregnant gals to dress, it might have been nice to give all the girls some options. All I know is that I saw about 10 different dresses in the mag that I absolutely loved! My MOH just said last night that she was afraid she was going to look like a stick of cotton candy at my wedding (7.5 months pregnant!) I hope she's wrong!

I don't think you'll have any trouble finding fall dresses in the Spring. The designers keep a lot of the same styles around all year, and plus even in the Spring, not everyone wants pastels or whatnot.
