Bridesmaids Dresses

Bridesmaids Dresses

Hey gals...

Please give me ideas of where you went for your BM dresses!

I had my mom's wedding gown altered so I do not know where to go for anything wedding dress related.

Also, I would like to be in the $100-200 range for my girl's dresses.

Thanks!

Definitely check out Charmet in Bayside...It's one of the lesser known places, but they have a TON of sample dresses, will let you try on as many as you want, and the alterations are free! It's on Bell Blvd. right near the LIRR station.

I had my girls try on dresses at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and Priscillia of Boston in Rosyln. Then once we decided on a dress (retail price $300 at the bridal shop) I went to Phyllis at gownfind and she gave it to me for just over half that price including tax. Going to Phyllis helped me get my dream bridesmaid dress for under $200.

I ordered mine from Bridal Suite in Centereach. Great customer service and they only cost $129. Check out my album.

I ordered my dress from Lillette's in Baldwin. Love them as well, but location was easier for my girls at Bridal Suite.

Good luck!

Princess Bridals in Farmingdale for my dress and my girls' dresses. The girls' dresses were within your price range.

I got my wedding dress at Macy's, so my girls got 15% off THEIR dresses there. My girls ended up spending less than $150 for pretty Jordan tea length dresses. Everyone in the BP loves them! I want one! lol

while gownfind.com is a website, the woman who owns it is named phyllis. She was running the business out of her home in East Northport, but i beleive she just opened her store up in Dix Hills. She is really fantastic. if you go on gownfind.com you can get all her contact info.

We got the BM's dresses from Bridal Reflections in Massapequa but I got my dress from Bridal Suite of Huntington and the customer service there has been excellent and the seamstress is amazing.

Hi, my girls tried a bunch on at Macy's at smithaven mall & also in the Wedding Center of Commack. Once we found one we all liked, we went on House of Brides.com & found all the dresses for less$$ Here's the link:

Exactly what I did. Shop at a high-end shop where they have a great selection, then order from Phyllis. She'll save your girls a ton of money.
