Hi Girls!
I'm getting married at Bridgeview in October. Can anyone give me any recommendations on hotels for my guests that's around there? Already called the Allegria and was to overpriced for me.

We are using the Allegria but booked a second block at the Hampton Inn in RVC as well. There is also a Holiday Inn Express in RVC and if I remember correctly they quoted me the same rate as the Hampton Inn but when my parents went to check it out for me they said it was kind of gross. I would definitely look into the Hampton Inn though, I didn't see it myself (I live in VA) but my parents said it wasnt bad.

Who is Christine? Like, what is her official title?

I'm working w/ a woman named Christina (who is the director of events or something like that) and she is awful. My worst vendor by far.

Never answers my emails, I asked her to book a room for my fiance the day before, and she never did.

Christine, maybe Christine? She is the person that I booked my room block with. I went there In person and she was wonderful, but we hashed out all the details right then and there. I have t dealt w her via email yet. Now I'm going to call to make sure everything is good

I think it is the same person. I would double check everything.

I called up to make sure my suite was booked for FH (it wasn't). I said 'My name is Gina G and I wanted to make sure that I have a suite booked for 3/14 and 3/15' the person put me on hold and said 'We only have two suites available and they are bookoed. One is booked by Gina G.' I was like 'uh...that's me.'

I work in the hospitality industry so I find it extra annoying.
