Recently my nails seem to not want to grow and when they do they are breaking so easily. Please give me advice on what to try, Thanks!

nail tek works for me. It makes your nails strong. My mother puts a small piece of garlic in clear nail polish. She has been doing it for years.

My bff gets hers from a health food store i think. But she swears by it (and grapeseed oil).

Pre-natal vitamins do wonders for hair, nails, and skin! And apply olive oil to your nails before bed.

You can buy it anywhere, Target, supermarket, vitamin shoppe etc etc. I've used nature's bounty brand I think. About 3000 mcg a day and it helped my nails a lot.
Very noticeable change in nails in a month or so if I remember correctly. It didn't help with hair though. Well not that I noticed. I'll have to start taking them again and hope that it works for hair too!
Less than 6 months till the big day and I need my hair in decent shape!!!

Thanks Girls! I'm definitely going to start using Olive Oil at night, must be good for the cuticles too. And I'm going to search for those tablets. Keep me posted on the outcomes you get!

yea its a polish. i got it at a beauty supply store, some nail salons also sell it but its cheaper at a beauty supply.

Yes they def work wonders! I remember when I was taking them with my son my nails were super strong and long and my hair was fuller and super shiny..ooo those were the days! I might have to invest in some..though I really don't want anymore surprises until after the wedding!!

It is the winter weather! Vit B definitely helps but you need to file and moisturize them every 2-3 days. Make sure you keep them polished. In 2 weeks they will perfect. Worst thing is letting them go for a week without doing them!
