Ugh! I hate to add another carseat issue to the board but this info does have to get out there. This problem may apply to Britax Marathons bought last year. It doesn't look like it's a recall but check it out for yourself.

I bought my Marathon last month and it was manufacturer in Dec 2002 and is fine.

THANKS! Emmas was made Jan 3, 2003 so Im not too worried
I did send in my warentee card so they will send me something if it is recalled.
