brite smile vs zoom whitening

Anyone have any thoughts? I want to do one or the other for the wedding...complaints? recommendations? TIA!

i dont know the difference.. but i just had my teeth whitened by my dentist and it came out great. not sure if she uses one of those specific methods or not. but basically she puts the bleech on and hits the bleech with the light. she did 3 treatments at 15 min each.

Hi, i have my appt on Monday with my dentist. So it worked for you? You can tell the difference I hope!!! I'm so worried as it is a loooot of money.
ARe you teeth sensitive now?

a friend of mine did the bright smile... he said he wouldn't recommend it... his teeth became very sensitive

I did Zoom whitening with my dentist. They came out pretty good (even after years of smoking!). They put the stuff on your teeth, and give you three 15 minute sessions of a laser light. The only complaint is that it is kinda uncomfortable when your mouth is totally being stretched open and held there for an hour, your saliva is being ****** out and your mouth and toungue are as dry as the Sahara!
But, as they say, no pain, no gain!
They also give you customized trays to use and a tube of bleaching stuff for at home use. Its worth it!
