Last week, Britney Spears demanded a trial separation after a blazing row.
The Daily Star claims today that the relationship of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline has reached crisis point. Friends say they even want separation!
According to an undisclosed source of a tabloid, Britney Spears has even consulted her lawyers about the repercussions if they don't resolve their differences.
'Brit's had all she can stand of the problems with Kevin,' a source claims.
'Britney needs a rest from the war. She explained to Kevin that the split would be temporary, that it would give them some breathing room to sort out their problems.
Last week, Britney Spears was at the centre of a break-up riddle when sources alleged the pop star had kicked her husband out of their Malibu home.

He doesn't get jack if they split up. He will only get $32,000.00 a year for every year they were married. He has no rights to any of her assets or businesses. Her parents really did the right thing when they MADE her do a pre-nup because I read that she didn't feel that they needed one.
She should really just get rid of him & focus all of her attention on her new baby.

I know. I was just watching the Incredible Life of Britney and Kevin - he spends ALOT of her $$$ every day. His life was HUGELY upgraded when they got married. She should definitely get rid of him - she deserves better and so does her new baby.

she's a lil trashy herself. she and kevin made a pretty nice redneck couple. i hope they would stay together (yeh, right) and not infect anyone else. hahaha i'm still bitter from teh break-up between her and justin. although teh break-up was justified and he's with someone a million times between.. eh.. it's fun to hear gossip. it makes my life seem so much better.
