Brooch or Silk Flower Bouquets?

Did anyone see or get a brooch or silk flower bouquet instead of fresh flowers? I just want to make sure they don't look cheesy or too fake in person, but I love the way they look online! Plus I'm allergic to flowers so I'm thinking this might be the way to go

I know there are a couple of brides here who did/will do silk/brooch bouquets. All of them looked really lovely!
