Brooklyn bars to rent out

can anyone reccommend a good bar to rent out for an engagement party? in brooklyn, bay ridge or anywhere near there.

looking for a place with either good food, or where you can bring in your own caterer.

pearl room and greenhouse cafe hold nice parties. not too sure about the bars tho. maybe canteena?

thank you i will check them out.

ive been to canteena and i think the greenhouse cafe but i might be mistaking that for another cafe. is there a smaller cafe next to it?

any other brooklyn girls out there? im kinda in a hurry to find a place because we would like to cancel our original place but cant until we find something!

I agree with Greenhouse and Pearl Room. If you're looking for something more bar with a party room, Salty Dog. The food is good and their prices are more reasonable than the others.

Gino's is a great place for food, they have a party room, but not really a bar.

I forgot to mention The Lief. They have a backroom that you can rent, transform and have it catered. you can actually use someone they know or call Gino's.

ive also started hearing good things about a place called yellowhook. its where the old pizza place with the thin crust (totally blankin on the name!!) used to be.

Check out Level Cafe. Its a bar, very nice, big 2 floors. Also have food there =))

Been to a few parties there and they do a nice job. Nice staff and everything. Play good music.

Dehlia's on 93rd & 4th -- great spot for an E.Party!

mulhollands in williamsburg is also really nice. the food is really good too>

Dehlia's is perfect for non-traditional E party. I love it. I didn't mention it b/c its small and loungey... but if your party isn't too big, it's perfect.

Yello Hook is always packed, rest. don't think they have a party room...to rent out the whole place may be expensive since the place is constantly busy and not hurting for cash.

Level is nice...great place...you have to keep on top of your calls with them tho. Tried to have a party there and it went out. Another place across from Dehlia's off Third and 93rd...The Roxbury. Some people have private parties in there...
