Anyone know anything about it? I heard that you still need to bring in a florist to decorate, is that true? Any opinions or experiences would be helpful
TIA

Are you having the reception there? I would think you'd need a florist for CP's and bo-k's.

We took pics there before the ceremony & reception. Gorgeous!

No actually a friend that I work with is interested in having his reception there, we were just looking for the inside scoop from you ladies!
Thank you though

Yep, it's like any other hall. They supply the catering and waitstaff and you supply the flowers, photo/video, limos, etc.

It's convenient for BK and NYC people but they do not offer as much as LI halls.

Also, first choice for dates go to employees so if one of them is interested in the same date couples will have to wait for the employee to decide. It's not indefinite but when we checked we had to wait like another week for the employee to make up her mind about her date.

I went to a wedding there about two years ago. it was in the room that has all glass walls. It was a beautiuful day wedding. The girl I knew did have a florist. Good luck!

It's the Palm House...at the BBG.

It's stunning, but it's not a 'bang for your buck' - very limited menu.

Their prices and packages are clearly listed on their website.

Also, if you'd like decorations, then yes, you will require a Florist.

It functions seperately from the gardens as a catering facility.

I used to live in Brooklyn and I think it is a great place to have a wedding. I looked there, but unfortunately they did not have the date I was looking for available.
Good luck
