have you heard of pilo arts ? its a hair salon. what have you heard?

not from brooklyn but ive heard alot about this salon. My MOH and another BM go there...my MOH has gotten her hair dyed quite a few times and my bm goes only there to get everything done and LOVES them. Her hair always looks fabulous when she gets a cut

My cousins friend works there and i believe did her hair for her wedding. i was going to talk to my cousin about trying her for the wedding because she lives on LI.
