There's a lot of great places in Bayridge. My SIL had hers at Chadwicks.

My shower was at la fortunata which is across from Rollin Roaster ... the room was so nice and the food was amazing

Michaels (doesn't have a private room but you can push it to the back of the restaurant area and its a little private)

Tomaso's (has two different rooms depending on your group size

Mamo Rao's is good -- love their food but I'm just not a big fan of their party menu options because they don't have my favs on it! They can put you in the back room which is up and away from the normal restaurant.

We've have many family parties at all three and the food is awesome at all of them!!

I had my older son's rehearsal dinner at New Corners Italian restaurant on 8th Avenue & 72nd Street and it was reasonable and very, very, very good. We happen to love New Corners and do just about all of our family parties there. They have a few great party menus to choose from..you can't go wrong there.
My younger son had his rehearsal dinner at The Schnitzel Haus on 5th Avenue and 74th Street because his MIL is German. It was also very reasonable and good but I am partial to New Corners.

New Corners: Great food and reasonable prices.

Mamo Raos: good food - but way more pricey. great service.

I've heard of Buckley's and its down the block from my SIL's house but I have never been there, but it doesn't look so great from the outside, outdated.

Fortunata: Great restaurant - again a bit more pricey

Gargiulio's: delicious food! - pricier than Mama Rao's last time i checked.

Gino's: AMAZING food! we had our RH dinner there and we paid $900 for 25 people! you get so much food and the serice is awesome! they have different party menu's, the cheapest being about $28 pp. You should really check them out!

Thanks so much ladies for the great suggestions, I am looking into each one of these!

I have been to Buckley's and Il Fornetto and love them both.

Vacarros is super inexpensive and they throw in a lot of food - SOOOOOO good!!!

Sophias in Bayridge, also very good and priced nicely.

Ginos is excellent as well

Buckleys is good, but I believe they are expensive as is Michaels.

Gargigulos - (spelt it wrong) is great, but expensive.
