hey BK girls....where is everyone getting their hair and make up done...if they are coming to you, who are they? and if you are going to them, what salon on you using?
I live in Park Slope, so anything in that area, or Bay Ridge etc. would be fine!

Jess, I know you know my 'peeps' already, but definitely look into:
Cavali Tanuzzi - they're VERY reasonably prices, and they're located in Bay Ridge on 3rd Avenue and 82nd Street (the first Kleinfeld location) - however, you would have to go there.
Look into the MAC store in Brooklyn Heights on Montague Street - you can go there for a trial, and you can get one of them to you come to you for the day-of.

There is also Pilo Arts. They are also located on Third Avenue in Bay Ridge - between 83rd and 84th.
I've honestly heard mixed things about them, but I went there for a trial and my hair and make-up came out great. Thay can be a little pricey, but I am using them myself.

I am using helene: the art of makeup. She has a studio on New Utretcht Avenue in Bensonhurst/Bath Beach area but she will come to your home as well. She also has a team of stylists who will be doing my hair and my bridesmaids hair. She airbrushes makeup as well for very reasonable prices.
