What color are the GMs ties and vests? At first I thought they should be brown but then realized that might look weird. What are you girls doing?
The BM are wearing chocolate tea length dresses with pink flowers. The guys will have ivory flowers. My MOH thinks they should wear ivory shirts with black ties, vest and jackets. I agree but my FMIL thinks they need to tie in w/the BMs and wear something brown. EEK!

my girls are wearing chocolate brown dresses. the guys are wearing black tuxes with black and brown striped vests and ties. it looks awesome together. we got them at bonaventure.

My girls are wearing chocolate brown dresses with a latte sash. For the guys, I think we're just going to do the classic black tuxedo look with the white shirts and black vest/ties.

We are actually doing cinnamon/burnt orange vests so that the girls flowers pop....our colors are brown and burnt orange...we hope it works

My girls are wearing Espresso Brown and my FH chose for the guys to wear taupe tuxes. I was unsure at first but after a few of them tryed them on together they look great. They don't have them every where. Check out Town & Country in Wantagh. I was originally going to do black tuxes with Ivory ties and vests.

My girls wore truffle and the men wore truffle ties and vests and it looked great! DH wore a white tie and vest, as did the RB, but all the others wore the truffle. I have some pics in my album.

My girls had chocolate brown & my MOH had cranberry red hope this helps
Our GM wore a vest that matched the color of the sash on the BM dresses, and their ties were striped with all the colors (black, brown, champagne)

I agree and would suggest MW TUX.... if nothing else maybe to get some ides... they do have some nice textured vests. I'm not sure what your your wedding style dress preference for the rest of the guests are ... but we were afraid our GM/Best Man wearing black even if it was different would blend into the rest of the guests...
I agree too that if your dress is ivory they should not wear white... My girls are wearing a light brown/ more of a Latte/ moca color... and the guys are wearing a textured light brown vest and tie to bring them into the colors.
HTH... GL it's ultimately yours and your FH decision... what ever you want and think will look good go with! don't let too many other people influence you!!
(i've changed what the dad's were wearing about 4 times already)

We are having brown dresses with tan sash and light pink bo-ks.
the guys are wearing chocolate brown tuxes with ivory shirts and tanish gold vests and ties. Looks georgous!
