I love to bake cakes. I make 2 layer cakes with lots and lots of frosting. then add some cute little decorative candies.

Since we have been on WW I dont really bake as much as I use too, but when I do I go all out. I love to bake.

I thought about that last night. I was thinking of how would I even apply, where would I apply too, etc...I had a million questions (felt like I was back in HS looking at colleges)

I am waiting for that culinary school commercial to come on so I can write down the web address and check it out. (tuition, how long would I be in school for, etc...)

NY Restaurant School - this is where Robeymuse use to work.

I am going to the French Culinary starting in Feb.

There is also one called LI culinary academy but to me it seems very cheesy.

I am going to do some research and look into the schools. Both look really interesting. I think I will set up an appointment and do a campus tour of the french culinary and the NY restaurant school
