My aunt makes theis Egg dish.
I think its, You need a 13x9 pan, butteered, she puts french toast on the bottom, then she does bacon, then she scrambles like 10 eggs and puts that on top. Bakes until eggs are cooked so its somr thing like a quiche, Bacon and french toast are cooked first only egg is raw, It sounds funky but really good and easy

This is not necessarily a dish you can make the night before....but it is quick and easy!

Crepes filled with berries and topped with a yogurt sauce.

Crepes:I don't have a crepe batter recipe handy now, but I'm sure you can find them on any recipe website or Betty Crocker general cookbook.

Filling: Sliced strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Even cherries if you wish. Actually , you probably could use any fruit you prefer.

Yogurt dressing: Mix vanilla yogurt, maple or pancake syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract and walnuts. You can add any of these ingredients to the yogurt to suit your taste.

Yummy! I sometimes just make a fruit salad and use the dressing as a topping. Good luck!

crab newburg is really easy, you can make it from a mix, they sell the packets, like mccormicks, with imitation crab meat, and it's serve with toast points, it's sooooo good. You can make it the night before and then just re-heat that morning.
toasted bagels, cut in quarters so people don't have to have the whole thing, different kinds of cream cheese, lox if you like it....cut up pieces of cantalope...
