Brunch Shower

Hi Ladies,

Has anyone been to a brunch shower? I think that's really what I want for many reasons. . . I've been trying to throw my mom some hints that that's what I envision . . . LOL I know she's in the midst of planning now.

Anyway, what are your thoughts on having a brunch shower, maybe late morning into afternoon - - - instead of an all day into evening event?

I have...and loved it!!!

I told my mom,,,I want my shower to be a surprise,,but I would like for it to be a brunch,,,in the summer,,,at a place right on the water!!!!!!!

so much for being surprised,,,,

I love the summer brunch thing . . .
OK, so I've been making my brunch hint really obvious... lol... I don't have a clue where I'd want it and my mom and sister have great taste so I'm actually going to be surprised with that part of it...

Great idea, brunch is fun in it's own right, adding a shower is like twice the fun. Bloody Marys, mimosas, eggs benedict, and PRESENTS!!!! What could be better?

My FSIL just had a brunch shower, It was great. SHe had a breakfast station and 2 lunch station, just in case. It went over well.

My shower was a brunch and it was awesome. It was perfect for a bridal shower. I love the idea and my guests seemed to really enjoy it.

I have been to one for a baby shower. it was very nice. HR Singletons, in East Meadow, I think.

This is where my shower is going to be. I've also been to brunch showers at Snapper Inn and Riverview.

That is the type of shower I threw for my sister. She loved it. Everyone got there around 10:30 and she showed up at 11. Over by 2 and everyone went on to enjoy their day. I think it is a fantastic idea. I would have had the same type of shower except the place that it was being held had a fire the Friday before my Sunday shower so everything got changed. My sister's shower was at Nocello's in Northport and my shower was suppose to be at Rockhill in Manorville.

my wedding is at rock hill! love it there! and one of my girlfriends are getting married at atlantis!! enjoy!!
