Do you actually throw up ? or sometimes just feel like you are going to?


Do stomach pains accompany it?

Both - I always felt as if I was going to be sick, and was some of the time. I never had any stomach pains, though.

And I was still hungry, even though I was nauseous (sp?) and I could eat after I was sick. It wasn't the same kind of sick feeling as with a stomach virus.

Where to begin...Every woman has different symptoms. For me, I am 18 1.2 weeks pregnant and still have MS. The second month was unbearable for me. Throwing up 4-5 times a day and yes I had stomach pains from throwing up so much. My throat was/is so torn up it bleeds every time I throw up, even now. Today it is definitely subsiding (thank god!) I throw up only in the morning now and it seems to be every other day, the days I don't I gag a lot. Generally the reason why I have MS now is because I am hungry, before I wasn't hungry just miserable.

I still believe it goes away

LMAO Not yet Jenn and Tammy...We're going to wait until I'm 27 (I'm 25 now). However, FH did say to me the other day that he would be very happy if we got PG right away (he's always said he wanted to wait a few years ).

Lisalou - I'm with you but I get sick everyday and I occasionally vomit blood (sorry TMI) because of the violent spasms I have. I gag at everything - it's terrible. My idiot husband laughs like a teenage boy when I do it.

I'm heading into week 14 and I'm still feeling crappy - I think everyone is lying when they say it gets better.

Like Hell

I too had really bad MS. Some people may remember that I stopped posting in the beginning of my pregnancy because I could not get up. I had then up until I was like 6 or 7 months pregnant. Then t came back a little in my 9th month. I was so sick that I told Steve that Damien was it. But now I have changed my mind and we will try for #2 when he is 2 So you get over it.

I did not have MS, but my friends was so sick for her entire pregnancy, so yes, for some people, it doesn't necessarily get better (sorry ladies!). she threw up at the mere sight or smell of food. She lost so much weight instead of gaining. She was admitted to the hopial several times just to she could get nutrition.

I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy, so I hope none of you ladies suffer like she did. But I am happy to report she is doing it all over again as she is PG with her second now.

I don't have morning sickness yet but I swear I can smell as good as a hound dog. Also the doctor told me that when you get pregnant your hormones kick up the acid reflux.
