Bubbles

I just found out that my church doesn't allow anything to be thrown outside of the church. So, my only option really are bubbles. Is it safe to assume that the little bubble bottles in the craft stores won't stain my dress? My dress is made out of silk organza.

A friend rang bells instead of doing bubbles or rose petals. Nice shot for the video.

I was going to use bubbles but I am afraid they would stain. My mom bought some sort of rice people can through that is in the shapes of hearts and it will melt when it rains. I thought that was really cool.

Oh, sorry. I guess I better ask the priest if we can throw stuff. I just assumed it would be okay.
You can also let a bunch of balloons go. That is very pretty too. I think we might be getting some from the limo company.

I'll find out on November 16th if I have any restrictions. FH and I have an session w/the Pastor, so I'll ask him. I'm crossing my fingers, I really want rose petals thrown
I don't want to do bubbles, I'm also afraid of the staining, but it looks GREAT in pics.
The bell idea sounds pretty cute, and someone (I forgot who) posted some pics of silver bells, very nice.

I heard or read some where that letting balloons go is illegal. Its suppose to be not good for the environment or something like that. I was going to do the same thing until I found that out.

I'm not sure about the bubbles in the craft stores but most wedding bubbles say on the box that they won't stain. We used them and had no problems with them.

I went to a wedding at a church were they relaesed helium filled ballons, in white and the color scheme of the wedding. Just an idea.

Bubbles make me nervous - it fould get slippery - and soap in your eye would s_ck!!!!!! My cousin did balloons which looked really cool!

as posted before, balloons are not a good idea. They are not safe. They can kill birds.

we used bubbles...and I did some tests on the dress...

I took the scraps from the alteration and blew bubbles on it...the bubbles popped before they landed on the dress...no stain...then I ended up pouring the bubbles onto the dress and rubbing it in...no stains...

but keep in mind...my dress was polyesther...this has not been tested with silk...
