Where to buy!!??! and do they come with the ribbon already? or do i have to order that seperate? whats the lead time on them? and i suppose i order the same amount of bubbles as programs?

believe it or not I bought mine at Dollar tree but then you have to add your own ribbon. I didn't mind doing it. I added labels and a sparkle to mine. They came out really cute. I did the same amount of bubbles as I did programs. You can always get the personalized ribbons and then put them on the bottles yourself.

i think walmart has the cheapest bubbles (order them online).
There are some places that sell them with the ribbon, i don't think walmart does.
i ordered one thing of bubbles per guest, but one per couple would work out fine too.
ETA: we didn't add the ribbon .... i think it's fine.

we tied the tags and ribbons on ourselves... it was a pita but i loved the way they looked...
