So I have decided to have FH nephews be ushers, although I didn't want children at the wedding, but because we 'have' to invite them, I figure I'll make them work. I am going to have them hand out the programs. What should I do about the bubbles/rice? Do I have them hand this out after the ceremony, give it to them with their programs? Any suggestions?? TIA!

Most of the time, you hand them out after the ceremony. So in my case, FH's nephews, will wait outside with a basket and as people come off the receiving line they will hand them one.
