5 months to go and I have not done my flowers yet.

How much does a nice centerpiece cost? I would like to do red roses but I don't even know if that is cost effective.

This!! In most cases lower centerpieces are slightly cheaper then the higher ones. It also dependa on the flower & season.

Definitely shop around. Some of the florist are crazy expensive. I recommend Numas in Wantagh.
