I'm really trying to keep my budget under 25K and i was just curious, for those of you who are somewhat in the same budget line, what RH hall are u using and are you doing a Saturday night wedding..? I realy want to have my wedding at a nice place but because my budget and guest list(80ppl) are small, it's a little frustratting. Anyone feel the same?

no offense but if they wont drive themsleves out to your wedding, are they even worth having? i chose a place on the island where none of my fam is, but they can suck it up for one day... and really its like a half hour from the bronx
I totally agree with this.

haha im trying to keep my budget closer to $10,000 ill let u know how i do in the end...
Me too!!! I am not set on a date so I have been calling halls and asking what the off peak season is and that seems to be Jan-March. I have been getting pretty good prices for Saturday and Friday nights... but I am also in New Jersey so don't know if prices are very different on Long Island.

Re: Budget and RH
I am also having a small Saturday wedding but my RH only holds 119 so it was a perfect match....however what I am paying per person is on the high side but I love my RH and probably would have paid double to get married there.... trumpetsatthegate.com
I am paying $149pp

Re: Budget and RH
I'm having a Saturday Night wedding in September at Timber Point. With 150 people, I believe we will come in at about $20k once we book the rest of our vendors.
Good luck!

Re: Budget and RH
I'm getting married at The Riviera on a Thursday night for a really great price and doing it all under 22,000 with ALL the vendors I wanted. , plus HM included. I know they have a lower min. on certain days and times of the year but, for me being it is summer I had too give them 100. My cousin got married last Jan on a Sat nite at The Swan Club had alittle over 100 people and did her budget in 16-17,000 but, no photo or video. Thats also includes her HM. HTH

We are still looking for a place, but we love the Swan Club. We will have 80-100 people and this place is perfect. It is beautiful, plenty of flowers- good for pics and it has awesome reviews in here... Another place we liked was Manor East. It is different and have great package. Check on there website...
And are you polish?

Re: Budget and RH
Try the West Sayville Country Club...they are reasonable and are located on a golf course with a great view of the Great South Bay
