Budget Help!!!!

My FH and I are trying to get some idea of a budget. Couple you please let me know around how much you are spending ont he following:

Photographer

Limo - Escalade

DJ

Catholic Church Fees

Church Music - strings

Photographer: $3700.00 (just a photo package we aren't doing video)

DJ: $2700.00 (this includes a DJ, MC, some lighting extras, and live music for cocktail hour)

I don't remember how much the church told me.
and I haven't done limos yet.

Photographer & Video - $4900.
DJ- $2900, (DJ, MC, lighting, live music for CH)
Church- $675

We don't have limo booked yet, but we have been quoted about $1600 for a party bus for 4 hours & Rolls pickup and drop off.

Photog- $3700, no video

Limos- we are just using a Phantom Rolls for 4.5 hours and a car pickup at the end of the reception. $750

DJ- since the wedding is small, we are just doing a one man show (no DJ and separate MC)- $650

Church Fee- $400. Plus $300 for FOCCUS and Pre -Cana. Plus $150 for organist.

$5,400 for photo/video (most expensive package at our photographer... could be cheaper)

$2,125 for DJ - lights, DJ, MC, Ceremony, Cocktail hour included and 2 Plasmas w Zap Shots and Video Montage.

Didn't get a florist yet but won't be spending more than $2,000 at *******.

Limo... got quotes 750 for 2- 10 passengers to take us there and 1 20 passenger SUV limo to take us to the hotel after the reception.

We spent:

Photographer: $3000
Limo - Escalade: $250 for pick up and drop off

DJ: $1000

Catholic Church Fees: married at the RH

Church Music - strings- $1000 for an hour with a string quartet

photo rangest from 2,500-4,000 depending on packages that I have seen

limo- depends on how many house you need it for but i am getting the stretch escalade and a rolls royce for 6 hrs for 1,900

DJ- 4,000 thats the big package with DJ, emcee, zap photos, gobo light, CH music, plasma TV displays, and the lightup DJ booth to match our uplighting

church fee- 900

string trio for ceremony- 750
