Budget...What Budget???

Budget...What Budget???

Anyone else have a budget that just seems to be going out the window?
Honestly I don't think we will be that much over but now it seems like the small things are costing more than I though.
The custom made veil I want is $575
I have settled on something half that price but may change my mind and get the one I love.
Now I think about gifts, and tips and all the extras and feel like we are going to spend a million bucks.
I think I need to put it all on paper before I start spending more.

Totally agree...althoug we haven't actually done anything yet, I keep saying to my FH that we need to set a realistic budget and we have not done that yet either. there is still a lot to do and when i think about how much $$ we are going to need, i start to panic.

I agree that it is so hard to stay on a budget. Even though you have a price range in mind, costs just add up. My advice to you is to choose what is more important to you and what you are willing to spend more money on and what is not as important so that you can cut costs. This will even things out a bit.

please i had no idea how expensive things were..had i known i might have eloped. putting it on paper just makes it more depressing though.it helps but more depressing

don't woryr - it all works out - we never quite set a budget but still managed to make it all work!
