Buffet question

Buffet question

Okay I'm doing stations at my wedding so there wont' be a big line and people and just jump up and get what they want and go back for seconds too.
For the meat station I'm having three meats, ham, lamb and trukey, but all on the bone. I'm having a carver to cut the meat for them. Its cheaper this way and its very medieval style. My question is, do you think this would take a long time? I don't want people waiting for 20mins just to get their meat. What do you think?

I think people will have to wait a little bit, but I think it fits very well with your theme. I think you should do it.

The carvers are professional it shouldn't take that much time - the meat will probably stay warmer on the bone since it isn't exposed to the air as much
