to be completly honest, for a wedding , a little bit...but again it depends on the budget...

I think it depends on the organization...as long as people are not standing in loooong lines because of a cramped space or lack of prepared food.
Also, I think if there is some orchestration of the how (or in what order) people eat...it should be fine.
If your budget doesn't allow for a non-buffet style dinner...then I don't think you should be worried about that. As long as it is organized in a classy and thoughtful way, you should be good!

theyre not tacky... Im having one, regardless of your budget its about what type of party you want to throw.. do you want there to be a strict dinner hour or not.........
