It's a great show!! It's on the WE channel at 10pm on Sundays!

I finally watched this show last night and OMG, I want that trainer!

I saw it too! That trainer was fantastic she lost 17lbs and like 12 inches in 6 weeks!

It has sooooo motivated me! It was on last night from 10-11 (2 episodes) and it's about bride's who can't fit into their dress and they have 6 weeks until their wedding.

I can see they can do it- that trainer worked there butts off- he did not let up- but those brides did good too-they really wanted it-- good for them!!!!
its a good show gets you motivated

Well I start training tomorrow with a personal trainer!! AT 6:00 am!!! Im sooo nervous!!!!!!! I've never done it before.. but im excited!!! I just hope I don't make a fool out of myself.. Oh..its a guy trainer too!!! Not sure which is better...

FH & I are eachothers trainers. We go to the gym together religiously. Its really hard work but it wil pay off in the end.
