does anyone know where i can purchase bulk candles at a good price? either online - or in person? i've checked out save on crafts and candles 4 less; both of which are fairly similarly priced... with those websites costs are around $400+ which seems a little high. granted, i am purchasing alot of stuff but thought it might be workth checking around first.

Not sure what kind of candles you are looking for but check the dollar tree. I know they have candles for sure.

Depending on what type of candles you need, you can also try Ikea.

I used candles4less and they were definitely the cheapest around....I found a coupon on line and that really helped.

Does your RH provide them? My rh does and so does my florist so i used quickcandles.com for other candles i needed in bulk. Before purchasing check with your rh and florist

No. But someone else told me the RH never provide enough anyway....not sure if that's true. How many do you include on each table? Thanks!

thanks for the updates everyone!
calculating the quanties has been tricky for sure. luckily, i know ill be using 4 tapers per table (as we have antique candelabra holders on hand). the fireplaces and stairwell have proven to be trickier. i just hope we have enough...this is SO expensive. i wish they were provided for us.

Try Curiously Creative Candles! I got my candelabras from them for 20 tables at $10/per!!!!!! And they are gonna give me a deal w/the tapers as well when the time comes. As well as the votives. They handmake a lot (if not all) their candles, so if you have a weird size or something, they can fix that too. Such nice people to work with too!!!!

UPDATE: we found great prices on pillars that were unbeatable at Christmas Tree Shops. And no shipping charges to boot!
Also ended up buying cleanburning tapered candles at candles4less along with purple glass votives. noone had a better deal online for what we needed. and we saved 15% (G15 coupon code) on our order. Shipping was high, but its understandable. one stop shopping. so glad this is over!
