Bummed!

So I found a dress that I love in a magazine and no one on LI or NJ has it. This is my luck LOL
Who knows if I would even like it on but I just love it and can't get the dress out of my head!

SO beautiful! Maybe if you go to a store that carries the brand they can special order the dress?

That's the issue...no one carries this designer on LI.
When I go on the site the cloest bridal store is in the Bronx and when I called them they told me that they couldn't order it. They weren't too nice!

Yes called there too and they don't have it as well.
I don't understand why they would put a dress in a bridal magazine that no one has!!!

Gorgeous dress! Maybe that CT store would be willing to order the dress for u to try on?? I know there was another bride on here who was looking for a particular Maggie dress and 1 of the LI salons ordered her a sample dress to try on. Doesn't hurt to ask...

That dress is gorgeous! I was happy that the bronx location was listed as it is a few blocks from my house...until I read your response! That sucks! ugh
I am pretty sure you can have it ordered for you. if not, bring that picture with you & I am positive that bridal shops carry similar styles. That is what happened to me. I had a picture of a dress by Lazaro that the bridal shop I was in did not carry but they were able to find me a similar style that I fell in love with! I def like the corset lace up in the back - very sexy - it's form-fitting yet has a ballgown look on bottom - gorgeous! Good luck - I am sure you will find it

It's beautiful. Bring this picture with you when you go dress shopping. Most bridal consultants are really knowledgable about their stock and designs in general. You may be able to find a dress that has all the same elements. I wouldn't stress too much right now. PS I'm going to order my dress today and I am so excited! Good Luck!

OMG I just showed my mom that picture at the beach yesterday looking through Bride magazine!! That sucks that nowhere has it.. Maybe its because it is a newer dress? I love a few Elle Dresses, and their sister companies Essence of Australia and Martina Liana. I am going to be on the lookout for it too so if I find it I will let you know!! I'm sorry you're having so much trouble

too funny cause I found this picture in a magazine on the beach as well LOL I showed it to my sister and she was like 'OMG u need to try this dress on'! But, no one has it :( Yes I think it just came out thats why no one has it!
I did call the Bronx store again today and they said they are going to look to see if they can get a loaner sample dress but I would need to pay the shipping if I wanted them to do this and it would be $75 to ship.

There's a trunk show in NJ in October - if it's a new style, maybe it will be available to try on then before the stores get their own samples? That's how I found mine!

Thats a good idea! I bought another bridal magazine last night and if course this dress has to be in there as well lol!!!
