Burton's Bridal

Hi Ladies,

Does anyone has any experience with Burton's Bridal. I ordered my dress and my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Burton's back in February. I received decent service. I looked up reviews on Yelp and Weddinf Wire before I ordered and they were middle of the road. But I just checked Yelp and that have horrible reviews. I'm just freaking out that my dress won't come in a timely manner and that the alterations will be horrible. I just want to know if anyone has had any experience just so I can be proactive. I'm starting to freak out!

Burton's Bridal

I just got married, and got my dress from Burton's. They were great! It fit perfectly, I actually had 3 alteration appointments because i kept losing weight so my dress was always big! But they never gave me an attitude or shortchanged me in anyway- they wanted my dress to fit me perfectly. And if i saw something i didn't like on the dress (a loose thread etc.) they addressed it immediately. My bustle was also perfect, and stayed in tact the whole night!! You have nothing to worry about! :) message me if you have any more questions..

I ordered my dress from Burton's. I thought Carole was really nice. I haven't gotten my dress yet so I am in the same boat!

First, congratulations!! Secondly, thank you for calming my fears. I just really became worried that their Yelp reviews became so negative.

Thanks for calming my worries! I didn't have a problem there at all and everyone was so nice. I don't understand what the negative reviews are all
