Burtons

Burtons

So I am starting to get a little worried about them. The girl I work with is getting married a week before me and she went to see her CP and hated it. She said she had given them 10 pictures and it didnt look anything like it and they gave her a hard time and were very quick to rush her out even though she had a scheduled appointment. Has anyone seen their CP? If so what was your experience? Ever since she went I can't stop thinking about it and I'm getting really nervous. My appointment to see my samples is on 6/13.

You should be very specific with them and follow up on everything.
not
They royally f'up my CP. The Bo-k's were beautiful but the CP was what I gave them (I gave them an exact picture of a mock up I did at home) then the day of they were smaller than what I paid for.

They did acknowledge their mess up and I had a refund waiting for me when I got home from my HM but I would not recommend them now to anyone because of my experience.

Did they show you a sample the week before your wedding?

Yup and it was not exactlyy what I wanted....My CP are simple...its just vases and candles.....They told me they couldnt get colored votive holders....it was a big part of the CP.

Then the day of I only had 2 (3 on some tables) vases whent here were to be 5. I paid for 5......The rose petals on the table were wilted. And they blamed my RH when I know it was not the RH fault

Re: Burtons

The only good thing I can say is that they refunded me $$$ with no problem even though I think I should have received more back I wasnt in the mood to fight. My sis and I were the only ones that even knew it was wrong so I couldnt let it ruin my day or the memories of my wedding.

It's good that you didn't let it ruin your day. Right now they're the only vendor I am having doubts on. I am getting really nervous.

Ugh, splendid.

I'm not having floral CPs, but I don't want to be nervous about my personal flowers, especially because they're going to be such a dark color.

Are any of you using their centerpieces with candelabras on them (a high CP with 3 votives going up stem)? That's what we are using, nervous!

uh oh...im using them but so far I have not had a problem. (I also havent gotten marrie dyet lol) Bobby called me the other day because she wanted to change something in our boks because she didnt feel confident that they would last as well as a different flower due to the heat. I thought this was great! Made me feel really good about using them. Oh well, i guess I will wait and see!

I used them and my CPs were exactly as I requested. I had no problems with them and thought they were great to work with.

ETA: I saw my sample 2 days before my wedding.

Lauren I felt the same way.....I raved about them before hand. IT wasnt until the week of that it all went down hill. I know other people that used them and it was perfect. Just keep on your toes and dont give in on anything. They turned and tried to blame CLM for the CP being wrong and I spoke to CLM about it and I know it was all the florist
