Girls...I met with Burtons this week and was very dissipointed...I went there with the idea that they would come in under price of all the other places I had visited for a price quote. I was quoted a price almost exact to Flowers by Brian and Pedestals. I don't know if it had anything to do with the fact that I wanted high centerpices...but I really felt that from all your stories they would have been much less. Did they raise thier prices? I am still on the hunt for a florist...I think I am going to meet with Jack and rose next time I'm in town.

I went to Burtons this weekend, and was very happy with the quote and the type of flowers they were giving me in my package. Compared to the other two places I've been this was very much less in price and more in quality. I am still going to visit on more florist, but so far of the three that I visited, Burton's is my pick so far.

i just booked burtons and they were half the price of three other florists that i went to. you really cant go wrong when you can pick any flower and as many as you want for the same price.

I went with my friend last weekend and thought they quoted her a great price. What were your quotes, if you don't mind me asking? And, the quotes of the others....again, if you don't mind?

Burtons had the best price compared to all the other florists that I met with. They offered us any kind of flower we are doing low centerpieces.I never met with Jack and Rose but from what I hear they are great also.

I think that sometimes we expect vendors to be 'super cheap' but it really depends on the other florists you met with. If you had gone to James Cress or Specks then Burtons would have been a lot cheaper. But you are meeting with the lower-priced florists already so their price will be on target. I was VERY happy with the work Burtons did for my wedding. I would use them again in a second.

My quote was about $2200. I had my boo-k, 1 MOH, 5 BM, 6 cors, 10 bouts, and 17 high centerpieces. I thought that was high even thought it included any flower and three dz in centerpiece. Flowers By Brian and Pedestals came in at $2000 each,but they were roses and 2 doz in centerpiece. Am I crazy? I just thought Burtons was going to come in cheaper.

For flowers, I think that sounds very reasonable but you should look around more if you are unsure. Good Luck

Again, consider WHY should they come in sooo much cheaper? Burtons is a quality florist that delivers a great product. Get quotes from the high-end florists like I mentioned above and you will see that they are a lot cheaper, but they are not non-profit.
