I found my BM dresses there almost 20% cheaper than other salons. What are some brides' experiences with ordering BM gowns from them & getting alterations done there?

I have heard one negative review and a bunch of positives.
I ordered my dress from there and plan to order the bridesmaid dresses there as well. I love carol and think that they will do an amazing job.

i just picked up my bridesmaid dress there today for my friends wedding. everything was fine with them, i have no complaints.

they get very busy so always make appts

I ordered my gown there and my girls dresses. I have had no complaints except they do get busy so make an appointment early and they are only open till 5 tues-sat. So that can be tough. But the dresses have come out great we are all going for final fittings in the next few weeks
OH and my cousin got her dress and her girls dresses there 2 yrs ago and they were beautiful!

I got a BM gown there. Would have been fine if they altered it correctly the first time with the straps the way they were suppose to go.

I got my dress there and had all my alterations. Everything went fine.
Just a note, girls if you are unhappy with your alterations say something to the seamstress and make sure she does it your way.

They did my wedding dress and BM dresses. I cannot say enough good things about them. They did an excellent job on all dresses and me and all 8 of my girls were happy with everything!

I got my dress, my girls dresses and my flowers from there. All at great prices...with a free veil and headpiece too! Alterations were good, only one BM had a problem...but she would have had a problem anywhere. The only thing is that it is a small place and they dont have the best hours for alterations. But it was worth saving the money.

my only complaint was no evening hours and saturdays are really busy but i got my dress and all of my bridesmaids dresses plus my flowers from them and there were no complaints whatsoever..i loved them

I heard a lot of negative feedback about the place I got my dress from (Commack Wedding center). I got the dress I wanted at the price I wanted. that was more important to me than being fawned over at pricey salons.

I was just in a bridal paerty with 5 other girls and everyone else BUT me had a bad experence. I sitll am getting my bridal gown there as well as getting my BM's dresses there. They all had problems (with attitude from the staff there) but I had a a good experoence and if they can save me money then I am all for that. I dealt mostly with Caren and she was a doll! I would recommend them to anyone.

Carol is a def tell you like it is kind of person and I think some brides find her to be abrasive because of that.. but I had a problem and had to change the order on my dress like 4 months later and she was SO sweet and helpful. She emailed me at 11pm from home to calm me down.

im ordering my dresses for my girls there- they gave me 20% off all the bridesmaid dresses for ordering my own dress there. ive heard nothing but great things! ill be there in september to order my girls dresses there
