Burtons- Flowers
Who is booked with them? How is their customer service? I ask because they gave us a REALLY good quote but weren't too friendly. I was there for about 20 min where as my other appointments I spent an hour at, going over lots of details and such. Please help!

I'm booked with them. CS wise they were great! I'm not too happy with my revised quote, but thats another issue.

what do you mean 'revised quote', did you revise it or did they? I thought they had a set price cps.
The only thing I am concerned is I booked with Bobbi, who is no longer there...I did however speak with the owner Mike (I think is his name) and he agreed to include whatever she added extra.

Re: Burtons- Flowers
I booked with them...personally didnt like the CS. The only one I liked was Mike. I got a good quote from them originally, but I added/removed alot of stuff and the revised quote I got I wasn't happy with. I ended up cancelling Burtons and switching to Flower Barn.ETA: I only spent 20 min there too...and it was probably my fault, but I never got a price breakdown of how much everything I was getting was. It was basically just the package price. I didn't know how much a cp or bo-k was. Didn't like that

I'm debating too. The woman (I think her name was Mary???) I met with was very nice...then she said b/c my flowers were so expensive (mostly all phalanopsis orchids) , I should talk to the guy (I dunno his name
sp he can 'work his magic' lol. He was pretty nice too). They gave me a reeeeally good quote. I met with another florist..I really liked her but she quoted me $500 over Burton's and I'd only be getting 7 high & 10 low CPs from her...at Burtons, I was getting 18 ALL high!

Re: Burtons- Flowers
I booked with them. I felt the same way when I first met with them. They were not very personable at all. I felt like it was just an assembly line. He ran through his whole price list in about 10 minutes and gave us some time. The only reason why I booked with them is because 3 friends and 2 cousins used them and their flowers were absolutely gorgeous and very reasonable!! I also asked my friends about how their service is after the first meeting. They all said that it did get better. So I am keeping my fingers crossed for the same results.Welcome New Vendors
