Burtons Question

I went to Burtons a week or so ago. I haven't shopped around much for flowers but from what I understand their prices are good and I hear that they do good work.

However, they were so rude, the place was a madhouse and the woman I met with was not very helpful or informative. I felt like the place is a warehouse and that I would not get personalized service there.

I was pretty surprised by the attitude. I know that they are busy, but I am a potential customer!!!

Can anyone share their experiences with them? Aside from Burtons, what other florists have high quality for reasonable prices?

I would really appreciate price quotes and what was included. So, if you can FM me that info I would appreciate it.

one woman was nasty to me in the dress area... needless to say i didn't get my BM dresses there. But that didn't effect my decision about the flowers. I still booked them.

I had the same experience there. Was your woman a heavy set blonde? She was a biotch! But I booked with them anyway because a friend of mine is friends with the owner and she is also getting her wedding flowers there. They have a good price, too.
The other people there are pretty nice. Try speaking with Mike or John. Both are very friendly and patient.
But there are plenty of other florists out there, so don't feel like you have to book with them. You should let them know that you were put off by your experience. Hopefully they'll fire the b*tch!

I worked with him also, John, and he was really knowledgeable about flowers and extremely nice!!

im using jack and rose(who also are low priced)...
we were with jack for 1 1/2 hours, he was so informative, and gave me so many great ideas
it doesnt hurt to check out another vendor if you dont feel confident..
