Burtons Refund

Hi girls...

Just wanted to let you know that Burtons refunded my deposit even without me requesting it because he was able to book another bride in my place.

Honestly, I don't think most vendors would have sent me a check without my requesting it so Im really impressed with his professionalism.

Just thought some of you would want to know.

PS: The only reason I cancelled was because I changed my reception venue to a location that required I use one of their mandatory florists. Otherwise I would have been happy to keep them.

That is great Stef! You should send them a nice note about it.
