So we got two Coach buses... one is 47 passenger one is 55 i believe... we already have 108 people taking the bus and im still waiting for 113 people to respond...
im gonna have to get another bus probably... also.. this means theres gonna be a shyt load of drunkies at the wedding since it looks like half the crowd doesnt have to worry about driving...

Can you leave it with two buses but just have them go back and forth so you dont have to spend on another bus?

can I ask a stupid question? I have to get buses as well however I dont know how to find out who will be utilizing them. how did you ask your guests if they would be taking the bus?

Im having an itinerary on the hotel guest bags so they know the departing times of the shuttles.

its like a 40 minute ride... it doesnt make sense for them to go back and forth...
i emailed them to find out what i can do... idk if we will need a full coach bus i doubt it... but im gonna have to wait for the rest of the responses

good idea but then how do I figure out how many buses i need
i pretty much just used my judgement on people i thought would take it... but i got a lot of surprises yeses for the bus
