My alterations are included in the price of my dress. I need very little done and the length is fine. I got charged 100 dollars for the bustle. Isn't this an alteration or do most places charge for this.

my alterations where included in the price of my dress. it included a regular bustle. a french bustle would have been an extra $200.

My alternations were included in the price of my dress, but that did not include the bustle. I believe I'm charged by the button/tie.

I thought a bustle would be included under alterations! If they told you alterations were included, I dont see why they're charging you $100!

im confused..what kind of alterations would you need for a bustle? isnt that the part of the dress that just drags in the back?? why would you need to alter that? its not going on your body..?
